Provision

I just saw first hand how great of a provider God is in my life. As you know, I am attending junior college and CBU this semester...it is a crazy load but the cost of attending the junior college is that I get to graduate college a semester earlier and I save about $14,500. Attending junior college is $26 a unit...I'm taking 12 units this semester. I had to pay $312 for the semester...now while that may not seem like a lot of money in the long run it does cause some tightness for us college students.

I paid the tuition for MSJC and began just praying for God to provide that money in a crazy way. I have a job but that money was going to be used for my school books at CBU so I was really worried about not wanting to dip into my bill funds to pay for books. The other day, I was at coffee with a friend and she told me about a fee waiver that community colleges have. She said it was really easy and I just needed to ask the financial aide office if I qualified.

Today, I went into the fin. aide office and waited in line to talk to the single lady running the office. I was praying the entire time I was in line...God you are going to provide my books money I trust you, if this is an avenue you want to do it in let it all work out. I get to the front and tell the lady my request. She tells me to go print off my SAR page 1 from the FAFSA and bring it to her to see if I qualify. I drove home (Murrieta house) and printed it off. I arrived back at the school and she gave me a stamp of approval and sent me to the cashier. I was refunded all $312 and next semester will be paid for too!

God is truly a providing God. I am so blessed and humbled to have seen Him work in my life today!
